Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Human Capital Management Consultant to join our Polokwane team. You will advise clients on talent management, organizational structures, and HR strategies to build high-performing workforces aligned with business goals.

The role focuses on designing policies, implementing HR solutions, and guiding leadership through change—driving positive organizational culture and sustainable business success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in HR, Organizational Psychology, MBA, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, OD, or human capital consulting.
• Proven expertise in talent management, compensation & benefits, and HR strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' current human capital strategies and identify opportunities for improvement in talent acquisition, development, and retention.
• Design and implement effective organizational structures, job roles, and compensation strategies.
• Develop and execute performance management systems and employee engagement programs.
• Advise on change management initiatives and employee relations strategies.
• Assist clients in selecting and implementing HR technology solutions.
• Conduct workforce planning and succession planning exercises to ensure organizational readiness.
