Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience leading organizational transformation/change management projects.
• Strong talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred; knowledge of SA labour law.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, focusing on organizational transformation and change management.
• Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support business objectives during periods of change.
• Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development aligned with transformation goals.
• Manage employee relations and engagement strategies to ensure smooth transitions and maintain morale.
• Develop and execute communication plans related to HR initiatives during transformation.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to assess the impact of transformation efforts and inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR support for business initiatives.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on change management processes.
• Ensure all HR practices remain compliant with relevant legislation throughout transformation phases.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the organization.
