Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, HRIC) is highly advantageous.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience with senior leadership partnership.
