Placements24, based in Sandton, Gauteng, seeks a highly strategic HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with business objectives and lead organizational development. The role partners with senior leadership to drive a high-performance culture, impact workforce planning, and guide talent management across key operational units.

The successful candidate will bring 8+ years of HRBP experience, strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, and deep knowledge of South African labor law.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HRM or related field.
• 8+ years as HRBP with business unit support.
• Deep knowledge of South African labor law and practical application.
• Strong consulting, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR advisor to assigned business unit leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
• Lead talent management processes, including succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and resolution processes with fairness and compliance.
• Drive organizational design and change management initiatives to support business transformations.
• Develop and implement HR programs that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
• Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR effectiveness.
• Collaborate with COE partners to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all people-related strategies.
