Job summary

Frogg Recruitment seeks an experienced HR Business Partner in Johannesburg (Rivonia/Sandton area) to act as a strategic HR adviser to business units. You will guide HR practices, develop programmes, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with leaders to meet business goals.

Minimum five years in HRBP/HR management, bachelor’s in HR or related field, and strong HRIS knowledge are required to drive workforce planning and employee development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience as a HR Business Partner / HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and other HR software is a plus.

• HR Policy and Compliance – Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and communicated effectively.
• Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
