Job summary

Frogg Recruitment SA presents an HR Business Partner role for our technology client in Rivonia, Sandton, Johannesburg. The successful candidate will act as a strategic HRBP to business units, delivering HR guidance to drive attainment of business goals.

Salary is market related and a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required, with 5 years of HRBP experience. Experience with HRIS is a plus, and knowledge of employment laws, policies and best practices is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience as a HR Business Partner / HR Manager or in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations; HRIS experience is a plus.
