Job summary

Epiroc in Boksburg is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to partner with senior leadership, drive talent and performance initiatives, and shape a strong people culture.

You will lead continuous improvement, provide guidance on employee relations, and support leadership development across the organisation at Jet Park, Boksburg. A university HR degree and 5+ years' HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources, HR Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in broad HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud-based HR systems is highly desirable.
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in labour law.
• A curious, improvement-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Coaching and people development skills; interest in supporting growth.
• Experience in HR transformation initiatives, including digitalisation and new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Guided by the regional HR strategy; input to vision, mission, strategy and structure within the business area.
• Implement and use the leadership model; drive continuous improvement projects within HR.
• Support GM and Management Team with leadership development.
• HR responsible for Salary Review, Talent & Leadership Review, and Performance Management processes.
• Provide senior support in labour law issues; organize leadership workshops and coach leaders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, law and regulations; use HR metrics to assess initiative effectiveness.
