Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in broad HR roles.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud HR systems.
• Sound knowledge of labour law.
• Curious and improvement-driven mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Coaching and people development skills.
• Experience in HR transformation initiatives including digitalisation.

Responsibilities

• Guided by the regional HR strategy, input to vision, mission, strategy and structure within the business area.
• Implement and use the leadership model.
• Drive and participate in continuous improvement projects within HR.
• Support GM and Management Team with leadership and leadership team development.
• Oversee Salary Review, Talent and Leadership Review, and Performance Management processes.
• Provide senior support in labour law issues.
• Organise leadership workshops and coach leaders on topics.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, law and regulations.
• Use HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives against goals and business plan.

Join us in a pivotal HR role where you’ll partner with senior leadership, drive talent and performance initiatives, lead continuous improvement, and provide trusted guidance on employee relations and labour matters. You’ll turn HR strategy into meaningful business impact while helping leaders and teams reach their full potential.

Your Mission

• Guided by the regional HR strategy and plan, give input to vision, mission, strategy and structure within the dedicated business area.
• Responsible for implementing and using the leadership model.
• Drive and participate in continuous improvement projects within HR.
• Support GM and Management Team with leadership and leadership team development.
• HR responsible for Salary Review process, Talent and Leadership Review process and Performance Management process.
• Provide senior support in labor law issues.
• Organize leadership workshops and coach leaders on various topics.
• Ensure compliance with applicable internal policies, law and regulations.
• Through HR metrics, continuously assess the effectiveness of all human resources initiatives relative to the achievement of desired goals and outcomes and the overall strategic business plan.

Your Profile

• Hold a university degree in Human Resources, HR Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in broad HR roles, preferably within a similar industry
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud-based HR systems is highly desirable
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in labour law
• A curious and improvement-driven mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders
• Coaching and people development skills, with a genuine interest in supporting others’ growth
• Experience in HR transformation initiatives, including digitalisation and the implementation of new ways of working.
