Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 6+ years HR experience, 3+ as HRBP, ideally in industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of SA labor law and IR practices.
• Proven talent acquisition, performance mgmt and ER experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR partner to leaders in the industrial sector.
• Provide advice on employee relations, performance and talent development.
• Lead recruitment for technical and operational roles.
