Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field.
• Experience in a matrixed organization.
• Experience as a HR generalist (HRBP/HR Partner).
• Experience with managing CCMA cases.
• Knowledge and practical application of Labor Law in South Africa.
• Experience managing Employee Relations in SA legal framework.
• Fluent English (CEFR C2).

Responsibilities

• Support managers and senior leaders through complex performance management cases and guide effective, bias-free evaluations.
• Lead employee relations initiatives by investigations, grievance handling, and policy guidance with compliance.
• Drive change management and program implementation with data-driven stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with local labor laws and standardized processes.
• Act as a strategic partner to inform senior leadership with well-documented recommendations.
