You will lead talent acquisition, onboarding, EE committee oversight, L&D programs, data-driven HR analytics, and policy standardization across the enterprise, ensuring confidentiality and high-trust internal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Officer experience; professional HR certifications are highly advantageous.
• Results-driven approach with a proven track record of fostering a people-centric workplace culture.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement HR protocols, policies, and initiatives aligned with operational goals.
• Chair and facilitate Employment Equity (EE) committees; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare data-driven HR analytics and board packs for executive leadership within timelines.
• Design and execute learnership frameworks and strategic training initiatives.
• Standardize the organizational performance framework and annual review lifecycle.
• Oversee labour legislation changes to mitigate risk and reflect industry best practices.
