Job summary

Bluespec Holdings in Gauteng is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR functions across branches, ensuring service quality and staff well-being. You will drive probation fitting sessions for new hires and provide ongoing counselling to staff to improve performance and morale.

You will also manage performance, compliance with labour legislation, and IR matters to minimise costs, while aligning HR activities with budget and strategic goals across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR functions across allocated branches to ensure branch satisfaction with HR services.
• Provide ongoing staff counselling and support.
• Oversee probation sessions for new staff to ensure good role fit.
• Counsel staff not meeting targets related to sales, production, and CSI scores.
• Ensure newly placed staff are suitably matched to maximise profit return.
• Handle IR matters to minimise settlement/award costs at CCMA/DRC forums.
