Blue Spec Holdings, based in Gauteng, seeks a strategic HR Business Partner to align people strategy with business objectives across multiple entities. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, driving talent management, employee relations, and data-driven HR initiatives, reporting to the HR Director.

Start date January 2026; work from the Sandton HR Head Office with standard Mon-Fri hours. The role demands hands-on delivery as a consultant and change agent, with strong analytical skills, HRIS

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as HR Business Partner or strategic HR generalist.
• In-depth knowledge of HR and IR, labour laws.
• Experience handling CCMA/DRC IR matters or disciplinary processes.
• Excellent HR administration and stakeholder skills.
• Strong business acumen and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Talent Management & Development: collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategies and oversee performance cycles.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: manage complex IR issues and improve morale and retention.
• Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management: design org structures and lead change initiatives.
• Data-Driven Insights: analyse HR metrics to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Compensation & Benefits: research competitive programs to attract/retain talent.
• Organizational Design: update structure to support goals.
