Job summary

Elchemie Recruitment is seeking a Human Resources Manager based in Centurion, Gauteng. The role drives HR initiatives with the Divisional Head to enable business expansion, site mobilization, and operational targets, while aligning group HR policies and compliance frameworks.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, oversee payroll coordination under NBCPSS, and lead performance management, skills development, and training coordination in liaison with SASSETA.

Qualifications

• Minimum NQF Level 7 Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of dedicated HR Manager experience.
• Experience in private security or guarding industry is advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SA labour laws (LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA) and NBCPSS agreements.
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll interfaces, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR and operations management to support expansion, site mobilization, and targets; align HR policies and compliance across the division.
• NBCPSS compliance and group IR liaison; advise on disciplinary procedures and escalate disputes.
• End-to-end recruitment for administrative, supervisory, and operational roles, including vetting and onboarding.
