Dananda Talent is seeking an HR Manager in Gauteng to lead strategic HR and operations, ensuring NBPCPS and PSIRA compliance across multiple sites. The role covers recruitment, payroll coordination, performance management, and payroll compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in an HR Manager role, a SA-recognised degree, and solid knowledge of SA labour law. Travel across Gauteng is required; driving license is essential.

Formación

• Minimum NQF Level 7 Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HRM, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in an HR Manager role.
• Experience in private security or guarding industry is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of SA labour laws (LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA).
• Direct working knowledge of NBPCPS Main Collective Agreement and PSIRA standards.

Responsabilidades

• Drive strategic HR & operations management in partnership with the Divisional Head.
• Ensure NBPCPS compliance for site contracts, rosters, overtime, and working conditions.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for administrative, supervisory and operational roles; oversee vetting and onboarding.
• Drive performance management, KPI reviews, and staff development with SASSETA collaboration.
• Coordinate monthly payroll submissions, deductions, allowances, and NBPCPS payroll rules.
• Maintain personnel files, produce monthly HR metrics, and support restructuring.
