Job summary

Mathoho Electrical in Centurion seeks an experienced HR & Finance Manager to oversee key HR and financial administration functions. You will ensure effective HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance, and reporting while providing strategic support to management.

The role requires a relevant degree or diploma, 7+ years in HR/Finance, strong knowledge of SA labor legislation, and proficiency in Excel and payroll systems such as Sage/VIP/Sage 300 People.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma in HR, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 7+ years experience in HR, Finance or combined HR & Finance.
• Management experience advantageous.
• Knowledge of SA labor legislation and HR practices.
• Payroll administration and financial reporting experience.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience with Sage, VIP Payroll, Sage 300 People or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
