Job summary

Elchemie in Centurion, Gauteng, invites an experienced HR Manager to partner with the Divisional Head to drive HR initiatives supporting business expansion and site mobilization. You will review and align group HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks across the division while ensuring NBCPSS compliance and coordinating with the Group IR team.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and payroll coordination, with a focus on lawful, fair practices

Qualifications

• Minimum NQF Level 7 Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience operating in an HR Manager role.
• Industry experience in private security or guarding industry is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SA labour laws (LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA) and NBCPSS Main Collective Agreement.
• PSIRA standards knowledge and PSIRA registration/grading verification.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR initiatives with Divisional Head to support expansion and site mobilization.
• Review and align group HR policies, SOPs and compliance across the division.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, vetting, onboarding for admin/ops roles.
• Oversee payroll submissions, deductions, shift allowances, and benefits.
• Maintain personnel files and produce monthly HR metrics.
