Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years focused on talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles, including technical and leadership positions.
• Strong understanding of South African labor law and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles across the organization.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions and candidate profiles.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including behavioral and competency-based interviews.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain an up-to-date talent pipeline for critical roles and future staffing requirements.
• Develop and track key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
