FlySafair is seeking a Senior Manager: Human Resources to lead HR administration, policy development, and governance at the head office. You will drive data-driven HR strategies, monitor metrics, and supervise an HR team to ensure compliant, efficient services.

The role requires extensive HR experience, advanced education in HR, and strong leadership to partner with executives and unions while advancing labour law compliance and payroll integrity.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years' experience in a HR-related role, with at least 5 years in a management position.
• Experience in HR systems, process automation, and data analytics.
• Excellent knowledge of HR procedures and relevant legislation (BCEA, EEA).
• Knowledge of HR technology and data analytics for tracking HR metrics.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day HR administration, policies, and systems to ensure smooth HR services.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare management reports with insights.
• Drive process improvements and digitisation to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Employment Equity.
