Job summary

Finselect Personnel Pty Ltd seeks a Senior People Partner to provide strategic HR leadership in Gauteng, aligning HR with business objectives, workforce planning and development.

You will drive talent management, employee engagement and compliance, oversee EE and SDF programs, and partner with leaders to deliver organisational effectiveness. This role offers exposure to multiple sectors and a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/IR/BA or related field.
• 8–10 years HR experience; 5+ in senior HR partner/manager role.
• 3–5 years SDF with WSP/ATR submissions and BBBEE compliance.
• Proven employee and labour relations and HR strategy experience.
• Strong knowledge of SA labour legislation.
• Experience in engineering/mining/industrial sectors is advantageous.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to align HR with business objectives.
• Drive talent management, succession planning and retention initiatives.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Lead Employment Equity initiatives and statutory reporting.
• Oversee learning and development strategies and training budgets.
• Act as SDF and manage WSP/ATR submissions and SETA grants.
• Coordinate learnerships, apprenticeships and graduate programs.
• Develop HR dashboards and analytics for decision making.
• Support recruitment and change management efforts.
