Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with significant HRBP exposure.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive HR initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation, talent management, and organizational development.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic goals into HR initiatives.
