You will partner with senior operations leaders to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and change management, using HR metrics to improve efficiency and engagement across production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably supporting operational or industrial functions.
• Strong understanding of South African labor law and HR best practices in an operational context.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leadership to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR strategies.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives within operational teams.
