Job summary

Rectron is seeking a Sales Manager in Gauteng to identify new business opportunities, lead the sales team, and extend the customer base. You will develop and execute plans to meet turnover and margin targets while delivering excellent customer service across accounts.

You will coach staff, align resources, and collaborate with product teams and channel partners to drive sell-out and sustained growth in the region.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent.
• BCom/Business Science, BA business management or equivalent.
• Strong business acumen and sales turnover knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and manage sales strategy.
• Lead, train & develop the sales team to maximize product/services penetration.
• Extend the existing customer base and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Align sales resources to achieve revenue, margin and GP targets.
• Meet and exceed regional sales goals and manage stock/GP performance.
