Job summary

Rectron is seeking a Product Manager to drive growth through strategic product planning, marketing and sales initiatives in Gauteng. You will manage the product lifecycle, gather requirements, define the vision and work with suppliers to deliver winning solutions.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing and technical support to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue targets, recruit customers, train the sales team and customers, and lead go-to-market activities across the product line.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Strong Excel skills and vendor engagement are essential.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and/or product management.
• Driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle from requirements to market release.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and suppliers for product success.
• Drive go-to-market activities and pricing strategies.
• Develop and maintain vendor relations and KPI reporting.
• Train sales teams and customers on product suites.
• Monitor GP, stock levels and profitability.
