Placements24 is seeking a strategic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple Gauteng locations, with a primary focus on Centurion. This leadership role requires broad business acumen, market insight, and the ability to motivate and align teams.

You will drive regional growth, maintain high performance and compliance standards, manage budgets, and shape the company's regional strategy.

Qualifications

• Regional management experience in multi-site operations.
• Proven success in driving growth and regional P&Ls.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation.
• Proficiency in performance management and data-driven decisions.
• Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for regional growth, market penetration, and profitability.
• Provide leadership and support to all branch managers within the region.
• Monitor regional performance against key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage regional budgets, controlling costs and maximizing revenue across all branches.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and local authorities.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the region.
