Watershed Consulting is seeking a Business Development Manager in Kempton Park, Gauteng. You will drive market development for gas-related solutions, engage in active sales, and support distributors across Southern Africa.

You will lead growth initiatives, coordinate with technical and operations teams, and travel extensively within the region to secure opportunities and build long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Business Management.
• Experience with nitrogen, oxygen, CO2, PET and CNG/LNG applications.
• Proven track record in business development and technical sales.
• Experience with distributors and regional partners in Southern Africa.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within South Africa and neighbouring countries.

Responsabilités

• Market Development & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan for nitrogen, oxygen, high pressure booster, and natural gas solutions.
• Sales Execution: Direct sales activities, prospecting, visits, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Distributor & Regional Support: Provide technical and commercial support to distributors and regional partners.
• Business Growth & Transition: Maintain a sustainable pipeline and collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of solutions.
