Job summary

ANEW Hotels & Resorts Pty is seeking a Group HR Manager to lead the people function across all ANEW Hotels & Resorts properties and the Support Office. Based in Gauteng, Centurion, you will set the group HR strategy, build a strong HR team and ensure the organisation attracts, grows and retains great people while staying compliant.

You will oversee recruitment, learning & development, IR compliance, reward, governance and reporting, while partnering with the MD and executive team to drive

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related field with honours preferred.
• 10+ years HR experience with multi-property leadership.
• Strong knowledge of SA Labour Law and IR.
• Experience in hospitality or service sectors is preferred.
• Proven ability to coach senior managers and lead HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Set annual group HR strategy, plan and budget across properties.
• Lead HR team and ensure consistent practice group-wide.
• Own recruitment strategy, employer branding, and succession planning.
• Drive L&D, leadership development and training spend tracking.
• Oversee IR, compliance with Labour relations acts and CCMA matters.
• Manage payroll, benefits, salary structures and rewards.
• Lead HR reporting, dashboards and budgeting for the group.
