Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a strategic Group HR Manager to oversee HR across a luxury accommodation portfolio in the Western Cape. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and a hands-on approach to people management within hospitality.

You will shape HR policy, manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance management while ensuring compliance with South African labour laws and aligning HR strategy with business objectives across multiple properties.

Formación

• Senior HR management experience in hospitality or multi-property environments.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee group-wide HR operations, policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Oversee employee relations, performance management and disciplinary processes.
