Job summary

Optimal Growth Technologies in Midrand seeks a Finance Manager (FP&A) to lead budgeting, forecasting and margin analysis. You will own rolling forecasts, work with HFM, ESSbase and VIP, and prepare monthly performance reports for senior management.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and the drive to implement process improvements. CA or equivalent with 8+ years FP&A experience and Hyperion proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have CA or equivalent with 8+ years FP&A experience
• Strong proficiency in HFM and advanced Excel
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting and forecasting

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve group financial reporting
• Lead budgeting and forecasting systems for revenue and expenditure
• Perform margin analysis to identify profitability improvements
• Utilise HFM for consolidation, reporting and analysis
• Prepare monthly performance reports with variance analysis and KPIs
• Develop financial models for various scenarios and strategic planning
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Present insights to senior management and board members
• Drive continuous FP&A process improvements
