About the Role

This hybrid role combines office-based strategic collaboration with remote flexibility, allowing you to contribute significantly to the company's financial strategy. You will be responsible for leading the FP&A function, providing critical insights into financial performance, forecasting, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities, excellent business acumen, and a proven ability to drive financial performance through data-driven recommendations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and variances.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
• Prepare management reports and presentations on financial performance and outlook.
• Provide analytical support for pricing, profitability, and investment decisions.

Requirements
