Qualifications

CA(SA) with property sector experience
Minimum 2 years post-articles experience
Strong technical accounting and financial reporting capability
Commercial mindset with the ability to operate in a growing and dynamic environment
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

Oversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting across multiple entities
Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes and ensure accuracy of financial information
Maintain strong financial controls, reconciliations and compliance standards
Provide commercial financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions
Partner with leadership to analyse performance and identify improvement opportunities
Assist with financial planning, cash flow management and investment analysis
Work closely with operational teams to ensure financial discipline and efficiency
