Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CA(SA) or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' senior financial management experience.
• Experience in property development, manufacturing, or retail advantageous.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
• Deep understanding of SA tax laws and financial regulations.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Provide strategic financial analysis for projects and investments.
• Develop and manage the annual budget and forecasts.
• Oversee cash flow and liquidity for operations and projects.
• Manage banking relations, facilities, and debt covenants.
• Ensure compliance with SA tax laws and financial regulations.
• Coordinate external audits and strengthen internal controls.
• Provide financial modelling for expansion and capital allocation.
