Job summary

DO MORE Placements is partnering with a fast-growing property and hospitality client in Cape Town to recruit a Finance Manager who will own the finance function across multiple entities. You will steer financial planning, controls, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to drive profitability in a scale-up environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to deliver accurate management accounts, budgets, and strategic input on pricing and cost

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (SA) qualification preferred.
• Completed articles in a relevant finance role.
• Multi-entity experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full finance function across multiple entities.
• Deliver monthly management accounts and consolidated reporting.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable financial systems.
• Provide strategic input on pricing, costs, and revenue growth.
• Ensure tax and regulatory compliance (VAT, PAYE, income tax).
• Oversee payroll, payments, and cash flow management.
• Strengthen controls, SOPs, and automation initiatives.
• Support fundraising and broader growth strategies.
