You will own the finance function, drive capital allocation and contribute to top-level decision making, delivering robust financial insight, governance and scalable reporting for multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA(SA) with solid post-articles commercial experience.
• Senior finance leadership experience.
• Strong IFRS knowledge including IFRS for SMEs.
• Experience with complex group structures, consolidations and transactions.
• Exposure to funding environments with lenders and reporting/compliance requirements.
• Understanding VAT, corporate tax and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Leading financial strategy, planning and capital allocation across the group.
• Driving reporting, budgeting and overall financial performance across multiple entities.
• Managing funding structures, lender relationships and cash flow at group level.
