About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Administrator to provide interim support to the CEO while the business recruits a permanent Executive Personal Assistant.
The successful candidate will provide daily administrative and organisational support, ensuring that the CEO’s diary, meetings, correspondence, documentation and follow-up actions are managed efficiently.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced administrator who is confident supporting senior executives and comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional and confidential environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO’s diary, appointments and meeting schedule.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure the CEO is properly prepared.
- Prepare meeting invitations, agendas and minutes.
- Record and track action items, outstanding tasks and deadlines.
- Manage correspondence, emails and general communication when required.
- Prepare, format and organise reports, presentations, documents and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings and itineraries.
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.
- Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with research, special assignments and ad hoc projects.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion.
- Provide general administrative and office support as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Two to four years’ experience in administration, executive administration, office coordination, personal assistance or a similar role.
- Strong diary, meeting and administrative management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational, time-management and prioritisation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Professional manner and confidence when engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High levels of discretion, reliability and attention to detail.
Advantageous Experience
- Previous experience supporting a CEO, Managing Director, Director or other senior executive.
- Experience within iGaming, sports betting, technology, financial services or another fast-paced industry.
- Experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations and meeting documentation.
