You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure projects stay within scope and budget, and identify growth opportunities through cross-sell and upsell initiatives. This role emphasizes deep client understanding and proactive digital solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years agency or client-side experience.
• Experience interacting with clients at various levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Managing large digital builds from inception to delivery.
• Knowledge of digital project management techniques (requirements, sitemaps, wireframes, analytics).
• Experience scoping digital projects of significant scale and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the client relationship across all activities.
• Ensure client satisfaction and act as a strategic partner.
• Develop an understanding of clients’ digital strategy and engagement needs.
• Oversee website builds and day-to-day requests.
• Brief internal teams with requirements, deliverables and timelines.
• Manage budgets and profitability including purchase orders and reconciliations.
• Coordinate suppliers and partners.
