Job summary

Black Sun is seeking a skilled project manager to lead the delivery of digital solutions for our Stakeholder Engagement business, coordinating website builds, content uploads, SEO tracking and digital communications.

You will develop a deep understanding of the client, manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate with design, development and account teams to ensure on-time, on-scope and on-budget delivery with high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years agency experience within digital marketing and communications.
• Experience managing websites, ideally Corporate and Business to Business sites.
• Familiarity with accessibility, usability and design best practices.
• Experience interacting with clients at various levels and functions.
• Experience supporting an Account Manager and managing client expectations.
• Experience scoping digital projects of significant scale and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of projects, schedules and deadlines.
• Participate in discovery, define scope, budget and schedule with senior teams.
• Produce and maintain project documents, briefs, reports and wireframes.
• Oversee design/content changes and ensure accurate delivery.
• Review work before sending to the Account Manager.
• Apply project management processes and QA practices consistently.
• Coordinate resources and keep the team aligned on next two weeks deliverables.
• Manage client requests and supplier briefings to meet quality standards.
• Book resources and organize meetings to maintain order and progress.
