Qualifications

• 3+ years agency experience within digital marketing and communications, with end-to-end website projects from inception to delivery.
• Experience managing client expectations and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with accessibility, usability, and design best practices for websites.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of projects, timelines, and deadlines.
• Oversee discovery, scope, budget, and schedule with senior team input.
• Produce core project documents: briefs, schedules, requirements, reports.
• Coordinate design/content changes and ensure accurate, error-free delivery.
• Coordinate suppliers and book resources; keep two-week deliverables clear.
• Manage budgets following financial processes and invoicing support.
