Qualifications

• 4+ years agency or client-side experience.
• Experience interacting with clients at various levels and across functions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Managing large build digital projects from inception to delivery with the ability to work unaided.
• Knowledge of digital project scoping including requirements, sitemaps, wireframes, and web analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the client relationship across all activities and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop understanding of clients’ digital strategy and communications needs.
• Manage website builds and day-to-day requests; brief internal teams; define requirements, deliverables and timelines.
