• Minimum qualification: relevant commercial or technical honors degree.
• 5-8 years related experience including 2-3 years in assessment and closing of transactions.
• Competent in one due diligence discipline (Marketing, Technical or Financial).
• Grounded in one due diligence discipline.
• Experience interpreting financial statements.
• Sector knowledge would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of IDC financial products.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and structure transactions with IDC financing instruments.
• Assess applications for finance through due diligence investigations.
• Deal structuring across financial, EHS, legal relationships.
• Identify and mitigate risk.
• Participate in due diligence teams to optimize deals.
• Ensure alignment with unit objectives and industry development goals.
• Manage account up to first draw and prepare credit proposals.
• Maintain accurate client data management.
