Qualifications

• CA(SA) with at least 5–8 years in project development.
• Experience in financial structuring, modelling and project finance.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct financial feasibility assessments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project financial models (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) in Excel.
• Contribute to optimal financial structuring using project finance principles.
• Assist with funding term sheets, co-funding and treasury inputs.
• Monitor projects to ensure alignment with budget and strategic objectives.
