Qualifications

• Advisory Industry knowledge or Finance related Diploma.
• Ability to support a Financial Advisor.
• Experience working in an Advisory environment.
• Ability to resolve customer queries and complaints.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of outputs.
• NQF 6 in financial management or financial qualification.
• 3+ min experience in a Financial Advisory support role or Financial Analyst role.

Responsibilities

• Analyses credit data to estimate degree of risk in extending credit or lending money.
• Provide insights to enable informed, responsible financial solutions.
• Manage and grow client relationships and portfolio.
• Ensure governance and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Prepare credit proposals for review by Credit Product House.
