Job summary

People Dimension in South Africa is seeking a Corporate Health Manager to drive sales and market penetration of our medical scheme in key corporate segments. You will lead a team of Corporate Health Consultants and Admin Agents, ensuring excellent client service and strong broker/client relationships.

The role covers portfolio management, sales strategy execution, regional office oversight, and compliance. Travel to meet clients and stakeholders is required; a business degree and FSCA

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the private health or medical scheme industry.
• Experience with brokers and/or clients in corporate industry.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Experience in managing teams and broker relationships.
• Proven sales experience.
• Must meet the 'Fit and Proper' criteria as set out by the FSCA.
• NQF Wealth Management qualification or equivalent essential.
• RE5 Regulatory Examination is preferred.
• Willingness to work extended and flexible hours as necessary.
• Travel will be required for the purpose of meeting with clients and/or stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Develop and manage client portfolios and optimize coverage across paypoints and brokers.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Corporate Health Consultants and Admin Agents; set targets and conduct performance reviews.
• Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies and participate in targeted initiatives; leverage relationships for value-added products.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with sector-specific brokers and clients; ensure SLA-compliant service and client satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs, monitor metrics, and report to the Business Development Manager; analyze market trends.
• Regional Office Management: Oversee daily regional office operations, facilities, leases, vendor relations, and regulatory compliance.
