Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA is highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial management, sales, or business development, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing profitable commercial operations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with financial analysis and P&L management.
• Hybrid environment experience with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities
