Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• 7+ years of operations management experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading production teams and managing complex operational processes.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, lean principles and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure targets are met safely.
• Manage supply chain including procurement, inventory control and logistics.
• Lead, train and motivate a team of supervisors and production staff.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to track productivity, quality and costs.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
