Job summary

Catch is seeking a dedicated professional to support the client relationship management team with day-to-day management of key accounts across Europe.

You will handle requests from asset managers, fund managers and insurers, coordinate with custodian banks, and ensure timely submissions while staying aware of market trends and regulatory changes. Strong communication and detail-orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in commerce or law (e.g., Finance, Economics, BCom Law).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fast learner.
• Ability to build rapport with others.
• Persistence and problem-solving ability.
• Strategic and analytical thinker.
• Eye for detail and good administration.
• Ability to cope with deadlines and pressure.
• South African work eligibility (passport/work permit).
• Good command of English.
• European language skills bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support account service for asset managers, fund managers and insurers in Europe.
• Handle requests and relationships with custodian banks across Europe.
• Keep abreast of products and legislation changes to optimize client submissions.
• Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends.
• Develop knowledge of the recovery service to service clients and answer technical queries.
• Ensure value for client is reclaimed within deadlines and documents are received timeously.
• Work with Senior Account Managers and Head of Client Service on goals and strategic plans.
• Manage queries from foreign tax offices.
• Meet or exceed submission targets.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and proposing solutions.
• Support in client, custodian bank and tax office requests.
• Track processes to ensure timely value reclamation for clients.
• Provide support with claim submissions and ad hoc projects.
• Support with new client onboarding.
• Quality check claims as needed.
