Job summary

Catch is seeking a Custodian Network Manager to lead a team of Custodian Network Executives and manage relationships with global custodian banks. The role focuses on ensuring efficient tax reclaim services for clients, obtaining required documentation, and resolving issues with custodians.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years work experience in a professional corporate environment with leadership experience (2+ years)
• Qualified finance professional such as CA(SA) or CFA with work experience
• Strong client-facing experience in a senior professional capacity
• Demonstrated history of outperforming and exceeding expectations in previous roles

Responsibilities

• Establish and cultivate relationships with large custodian banks globally and manage the documentation flow for mutual clients
• Provide oversight for the Custodian Network Executives and ensure issues are raised and resolved with custodians
• Prepare reporting and presentations for Custodian stakeholders to communicate value extracted
• Mentor team members and maintain knowledge of custodian processes to drive efficient workflows and litigation readiness
• Maintain and monitor KPIs within the team and ensure 24-hour response time to external emails
