Job summary

The Good Human (Pty)Ltd seeks a General Manager to oversee all casino operations, ensure policy implementation, and uphold profitability and compliance in Mpumalanga.

You will lead teams, drive customer relations, develop the business plan and budgets, and manage the plan’s implementation including financials and adherence to gaming regulations. Strong leadership, administrative and organizational skills are essential to guide staff and deliver high standards.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification or extensive managerial experience.
• Extensive managerial experience across multiple business functions.
• Experience in casino operations and regulatory environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective implementation of policies to maximize profitability and productivity.
• Establish a working environment that attracts and retains qualified people.
• Oversee customer relations to ensure services and staff enhance the customer experience.
• Develop the company’s business plan and budgets, then manage implementation including financials and gaming compliance.
