The role requires 8+ years in senior hospitality management, proven leadership, financial discipline and the ability to drive compliance, BBBEE transformation, and stakeholder engagement with staff, guests, unions and regulators.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of senior hospitality and gaming experience.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue, market share and profitability growth.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Extensive financial management and operational expertise.
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards in hospitality and gaming.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for all operational functions within the resort, including gaming, hotel, F&B, conferencing and support services.
• Develop, present and execute the annual business plan with budgets, forecasts and profit-enhancement initiatives.
• Drive operational standards, policies and procedures across all departments.
• Oversee property maintenance, hygiene, cleanliness and presentation, with proactive capex planning.
• Ensure full compliance with gaming and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead BBBEE transformation efforts and related committees.
