Job summary

The Good Human (Pty)Ltd is seeking a General Manager in KwaZulu-Natal to lead casino operations, ensure adherence to policies, and drive profitability and service standards. The role requires a strong track record in senior management, financial oversight and people leadership within a gaming environment.

The GM will establish a high-performance culture, oversee budgets, and manage relationships with staff and stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance and excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Formal related qualification or extensive managerial experience.
• Extensive background in all areas of management, with emphasis in finance, law or human resources, and some knowledge in all three.
• Proven track record in efficient and effective management of operations and employees through subordinate managers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Implement the company’s policies and procedures to maximize profitability and productivity.
• Establish a working environment that attracts and retains qualified people who are proud to work for the casino.
• Oversee all aspects of customer relations to ensure products, services and staff enhance the customer experience.
• Develop the company’s business plan and budgets, then manage the implementation of the plan including all financial elements and compliance with gaming regulations.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, administrative and organizational abilities in managing casino staff.
• Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
